CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that are neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods within the scope of a single order and these goods are delivered uniformly;

- the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered several goods within the scope of a single order and these goods are delivered separately;

- the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EXTRA Group GmbH, Mathes-Deutsch-Weg 24b, 84036 Landshut, Telephone: 0871 974073490, Fax: 0871 974073419, Email: service@robe-shop.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be shipped by parcel as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be shipped by parcel. The costs for goods that cannot be shipped by parcel are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 20.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or goods clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements;
- for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the conclusion of the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
