What is a doctoral gown?
A doctoral gown is the academic regalia worn by PhD graduates, faculty and deans. The velvet trim traditionally carries the color of the academic faculty. We tailor bespoke doctoral gowns and PhD regalia to your measurements.

Yes. Every gown is custom-tailored in our Bavarian atelier from the world’s finest cloths and shipped worldwide. Made-to-measure typically takes about 6–8 weeks.
