In spinning the wool, our manufacturers use particularly long-fibered wool which produces yarns of the finest quality. This enables us to obtain cloths with very few protruding fibers that are extremely comfortable to wear. Merino virgin wool is the best pure new sheep's wool; it is breathable, durable and wrinkle resistant.

Each robe is cut and sewn to your measurements in our atelier in Landshut, Bavaria. Allow 6–8 weeks for production and delivery to your door, including shipping and customs clearance. Need it sooner? Our express service takes 3–4 weeks — and for a fixed date, such as a commencement or an investiture, we arrange delivery with you personally.

Royal Regalia is also the mattest quality in our collection: a quiet, discreet shimmer remains — yet those who seek consummate restraint choose this cloth. The cashmere is drawn from the fine underdown of the cashmere goat, which survives the extreme winters of the Asian high plateaux only by virtue of this down — the hardness of its homeland is the softness of this cloth.
