Delivery Time:
As all our robes and gowns are individually handcrafted to your exact specifications, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery. Should you need your robe sooner, an express service (approx. 3–4 weeks) is available on request — or we will find a solution by personal arrangement. Perfection takes time—thank you for your patience.

We carefully pack each robe to ensure it arrives safely. Upon receipt, we kindly ask you to inspect your package and open it carefully, as each garment is custom-made for you.

Every figure is reviewed before the cloth is cut. Our master tailors go through each measurement personally, and a doubtful number is queried rather than quietly cut — we measure twice, the cloth is cut once.
